Who are you? Jade Newman started Airria while living and working in Bristol. Visitors to Bristol often notice the sheer number of dreadlocked people from all walks of life and nationalities. The main thing to be noticed about those people is how they care for, style and accessorize their dreads. She started the company to offer some amazing things to accessorise and style dreadlocks and many of the products on the site can be found nowhere else. She’s dedicated to style, quality and customer service. Where are you based? Currently we are based in Wales, UK.
Do you ship outside the UK? Yes we do!
How can I pay for my products? At the moment, we only accept Pay Pal payments. This means that we do not store any personal payment information about any of our customers and if a problem arises for either party, you’ll be covered by Pay Pal’s payment protection insurance. Once you have placed an order and wish to pay, you will be taken to Pay Pal where you log in and pay for your products, after the payment is complete, you will be brought back to the site for confirmation.
I have bought something but I need to return or exchange it, how do I do that? We accept refunds and exchanges, no questions asked! We want you to be 100% happy with everything you buy. All you have to do is send the items back to the address found on your invoice and we’ll be happy to refund or exchange.
How do I know what size bead to buy? Each product is measured accurately and this information in put on the product description for that item. If you are still unsure, please contact us for assistance.
Can I request an item that you do not have in store? While we aim to stock a wide variety of things, we might not always have what you're looking for. Please contact us and we will try our best to make the item you are looking for available or give you some tips on how to find it.
