Conditions of Use

Terms and conditions of use of the Airria website and its products, correct as of June 2014.

Airria is the trading name of Jade Newman.
Our business address is 81 Cromwell Road, Risca, Newport, Gwent. NP11 7AD.

We accept purchases paid via the PayPal website and all sales and payments are regulated by the PayPal user agreement. As defined by PayPal all purchases are covered by the PayPal buyer protection program.

Buyer's Rights:

As a buyer, you are entitled to first class customer service and you should receive what you want. If the item you have purchased is not in stock at the time of purchase you may be offered a similar item or a full refund. You will be contacted about the replacement items and you have the right to accept or decline the offer of a replacement, or get your money back. If you do not like the replacement goods you can return them to us for a full refund and we will cover the postage costs

You are also entitled to cancel you order at any time, right up until 7 days after you have received your items. You will get a full refund for your order if you wish to cancel but the items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt and the buyer must cover postage of the returned items. Once the returned items have been received, we will refund the full cost of your order including outward shipping costs to get the items to you.

Refunds:

Refunds will be given if the items do not suit your needs or were not what you were expecting. In this case, you must return the items at the cost of the buyer and we will give you a full refund. If the item you have received is faulty, we will cover the return postage costs and give you a full refund including outward shipping costs to get the items to you.

Goods lost in the mail

We are aware that from time to time some of our orders will be lost in the post. We receive proof of postage for all of our items and if you haven't received your goods within 30 working days of shipment date we will request a refund from the mail service used and refund the cost of your goods and postage. This process may take up to 60 days.

However, we cannot refund items that have been sent to an alternative address to that of the registered PayPal address, nor can we be responsible for items that have been subject to an attempted delivery that was unsuccessful or items that have been left with a neighbour.
