We retain proof of posting for all of our items. In the unlikely circumstance that you have not received your items, please wait at least 30 days from dispatch date and then contact us. We will process a claim with Royal Mail and it may take up to 60 days for a refund if they admit liability.

Refunds will only be given on faulty items. If you need to return an item, please e-mail us with your order details and we will resolve any issues.
If the item is not customized, we will be happy to refund or replace the item but buyer must cover return postage costs.
